About the Role

As a Restaurant Manager, you’ll lead day-to-day operations, build a strong team culture and ensure every customer has a great experience. You’ll be supported to run a high-performing restaurant while developing your leadership career with a fast-growing brand.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

Lead daily restaurant operations to deliver great food, service and team performance

Recruit, train, coach and support your team

Drive a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork and customer experience

Manage rosters, performance reviews and employee matters

Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and cleanliness

Oversee stock ordering, cash handling,



banking, payroll and general administration

Uphold workplace health, safety and security standards

About You

Along with your strong work ethic and previous experience you'll have/be:

Experience in restaurant or hospitality management

Full Australian working rights or be a permanent resident

Strong leadership skills and the ability to bring out the best in a team

A passion for customer service and creating a great team culture

A hands-on approach and confidence working in a fast-paced environment
