Docs MegaSave Chemist is looking for an enthusiastic, patient-focused Full-Time Pharmacist to join our team at Marketown, Newcastle West.

The Role
This is a full-time position that includes regular weekend work. You’ll be involved in a diverse range of community pharmacy practice, including:
- Dispensing, checking and medication counselling
- Vaccinations and professional services
- Expanded-scope pharmacy services
- Supporting patients with complex healthcare needs
- Working alongside our pharmacists, Nurse Practitioner, dispensary and retail teams
- Building strong relationships with our patients
- Helping us maintain the exceptional customer service Docs MegaSave is known for
What We’re Looking For
Must-haves:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist
- A genuine passion for exceptional customer service and patient care
- Excellent communication and counselling skills
- A confident, approachable and professional manner
- Ability to work well in a busy team environment
- Availability to work weekends as part of the regular roster
- A positive attitude and commitment to ongoing career development
Highly regarded:
- Compounding experience – preferred but not essential
- Currently enrolled in or having completed Full Scope of Practice training
- An interest in expanded pharmacist practice and developing your clinical skills
