What You Can Expect:

- Salaries Between $87,000 - $112,000 depending on experience
- Broaden Your Funding Experience: Build experience across Support at Home, DVA, Private Health, NDIS and WorkCover rather than working within a single funding stream.
- Less Time on the Road: Travel is capped to within 35 minutes from your home.
- Balanced Working Week: OTs generally spend three days on the road, with the other two days focused on administration working from home.
- Balanced Client Load: Generally see around 4-6 clients per day depending on session time and travel, with six being the exception rather than the norm.
- Quality Over Billable Hours: Performance focuses on patient satisfaction, clinical quality, compliance, treatment planning, diary management, dependability and initiative - with green-light performance contributing towards bonus eligibility.
- Wide-ranging Clinical Work: Provide functional assessments,



ADL support, capacity building, home modifications, assistive technology, neurorehabilitation, care coordination and client advocacy across presentations including stroke, ABI, cerebral palsy and progressive conditions.
- Ongoing Clinical Support: Receive weekly mentoring, monthly discipline-specific clinical in-services, team meetings and clinical discussions.
- Stay Connected on the Road: Use online team chat throughout the day to check in, access clinical support and informal mentoring, with senior support always just a click away.
- $2,000 Annual CPD Allowance to support your clinical development.

Requirements:

- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Drivers licence and own vehicle
