The Role

n

We're looking for a dental assistant with a team support role to help ensure our practice operates efficiently. This is a dynamic position with a variety of responsibilities, perfect for someone who enjoys working across different areas of the practice.

As part of your role, you will:

- Assist our oral health therapist and dentists
n
- Support the dental assisting team by checking in with staff, helping with sterilization, and keeping workflows smooth.
n
- Perform reception duties, including answering calls, booking appointments, and occasionally covering reception when needed. (Training will be provided)
n
- Assist with lab work (e.g., making whitening trays, scanning, and 3D model printing – training provided).

- Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to a welcoming, positive atmosphere for patients.
n
- Maintain compliance with practice protocols and procedures.

- Takes initiative – sees what needs to be done and jumps in to help.

- Has a positive, can-do attitude and works well in a team. (This is a BIG one for us)

- Enjoys a wide-ranging, dynamic role with different tasks each day.

- Understands the importance of customer experience in a high-end dental practice.

- Has some dental assisting experience (preferred, but we're happy to train the right person).

- Has full working rights in Australia.
