About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team on a major clean energy project in Eneabba, WA.

n

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead electrical crews, coordinate day-to-day site activities and ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Supervise and coordinate electrical crews and site personnel
n
- Coordinate daily electrical activities and work fronts
n
- Ensure works are completed safely and in accordance with project requirements
n
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the project team
n
- Coordinate with other site teams, contractors and stakeholders
n
- Ensure electrical works meet relevant standards, specifications and quality requirements
n
- Identify and resolve issues on site
n
- Promote a strong safety culture
n
- Ensure required site documentation and reporting is completed
n

About You

n

- Previous experience as an Electrical Supervisor
n
- Electrical trade qualification and relevant electrical licence
n
- Demonstrated experience supervising electrical crews on major projects
n
- Experience within construction, energy, resources, infrastructure or industrial environments
n
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
n
- A strong commitment to safety and quality
n
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment
n
- A proactive approach to problem solving
n

n

Experience across renewable energy, power or major infrastructure projects will be highly regarded.

n
