As Restaurant Bar Supervisor, you'll play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences by leading and supporting the day-to-day operations of the restaurant bar within one of Queensland's premier hospitality and entertainment destinations.

Key responsibilities

- Leading and supporting the day-to-day operations of the restaurant bar
n
- Coaching and motivating a passionate team
n
- Delivering exceptional service and guest experiences
n
- Maintaining high presentation, service and operational standards
n
- Assisting with beverage initiatives, promotions and seasonal offerings
n
- Working closely with restaurant and venue leaders to ensure smooth service

About you

- Previous experience in a Bar Supervisor or similar leadership role
n
- A passion for hospitality, food, beverages and guest experience
n
- Strong leadership and communication skills
n
- A hands-on approach and willingness to lead from the floor
n
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
