As a group we are responsible for exclusive catering in some of Melbourne's most prestigious venues, such as;

- Showtime Events Centre
- Aerial
- Polly woodside
- Melbourne Town Hall
- Whitten Oval
- Abbotsford Convent

The Role

This role will be both challenging and rewarding, and will provide a excellent opportunity for you to expand your knowledge and skills. Developing your leadership abilities within our team and building your reputation within a growing company.

Support your Manager in executing spectacular events.

Nurture, coach and develop the team.

Management of on shift labour.





Ensure that all regulations and procedures are adhered to at all times

What it takes to succeed

Experience working in large scale function and events operations.

A strong focus on executing prestige events with skill in precision.

A passion for food, service and spectacular events

A positive and solutions based attitude

Immaculate personal presentation and hygiene

Experience supervising a team of F&B; attendants.

A current RSA

Working with children's check
