Aussie Growers is an established Australian food manufacturing business producing quality food products for customers across the retail and foodservice sectors.

With a strong focus on quality, consistency and continuous improvement, Aussie Growers is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor – Blending to join its manufacturing team and take ownership of this key area of production.

About the Role

This is a hands‑on leadership position responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operation of the blending area.

You will lead the production team, coordinate blending and batching activities, and ensure products are manufactured according to specifications, production schedules, food safety requirements and quality standards.

The role will suit an experienced food manufacturing supervisor who is comfortable being on the production floor, leading people and keeping operations running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily blending, batching and associated production activities.
- Lead, support and coordinate production employees to achieve daily production targets.
- Ensure recipes, formulations, batch specifications and production procedures are followed accurately.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, quality, hygiene and workplace safety.




- Monitor production performance, minimise waste and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Work closely with Quality, Warehouse, Maintenance and other production teams to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations.

About You

To be successful, you will ideally have:

- Previous experience as a Production Supervisor, Team Leader or similar within food manufacturing.
- Strong people leadership skills with the ability to coach, train develop and motivate a production team.
- Practical experience with blending, batching, mixing or ingredient‑based production processes preferred but not essential.
- Good understanding of GMP, HACCP, food safety, quality and WHS requirements.
- Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
- A hands‑on approach with a strong focus on safety, quality and achieving production targets.
