Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Operate forklifts and order pickers safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with site procedures and safety regulations.
n
- Load, unload, transport, and store stock accurately within the warehouse environment.
n
- Perform regular manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving products weighing between 7-14kg.
n
- Conduct order picking, packing, and replenishment activities to meet daily operational targets.
n
- Maintain accurate inventory control by assisting with stock checks, stock rotation, and stock management processes.
n
- Keep warehouse areas clean, organised, and free from hazards to support a safe working environment.
n
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency.
n
- Follow all workplace health and safety policies, procedures, and best practices at all times.
n

Required Skills & Experience

n

n
- Valid LF (Forklift) and LO (Order Picker) licences with demonstrated operating experience.
n
- Proven experience operating counterbalance forklifts and order-picking equipment within a warehouse or distribution environment.
n
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including stock handling, inventory management, and material movements.
n
- Physically fit and capable of performing repetitive manual handling tasks and lifting products between 7-14kg.
n
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high safety standards.
n




- Robust communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
n
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to contribute to a fast-paced warehouse operation.
n
