About the Role

n

As a Production Operator, you will be part of our team manufacturing and preparing high-quality sheet metal products for our customers.

n





This is a hands-on role where you will learn tooperatea range of specialised machinery, work withdifferent productsand develop practical manufacturing skills. There is plenty to learn and master, with opportunities to take on greater responsibility as your skills and experience develop.You will work as part of a team to meet daily production targets whilemaintaininghigh standardsof quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

- Read and follow production orders to meet daily schedules
n
- Set up andoperatesheet-metal machinery to manufacture products to specification
n
- Check finished productstoensurequality standardsare met
n
- Safely handle,packand prepare finished products for storageanddispatch
n
- Keep work areas clean,safeand organised
n
- Follow all workplace health and safety proceduresat all times
n

About You

n

n
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
n
- Physically fit and comfortable withhands-on,manualwork
n
- Able to follow instructions, communicate clearly and work effectively as part of a team
n
- Basic computer/data entry skills
n

Highly Regarded

n

n
- Previousmanufacturing or machine operation experience
n
- Experience working with sheet metal orsimilar products
n

n

Previousmanufacturing experience isnot essential. Full training will be provided to suitable candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
