The role





This is a pivotal front-of-house position — you're the first voice homeowners hear when they reach out to us, and you play a direct role in keeping our on-the-road sales team organised and performing at their best.

What you'll be doing

- Answering and qualifying inbound sales enquiries from residential homeowners
- Managing leads and customer records in our CRM and job management systems
- Booking and scheduling appointments for our field team
- Managing and optimising daily diaries and run sheets for the sales team
- Building genuine rapport with customers and delivering an experience that reflects our values

What we're looking for

- A confident, warm communicator — someone who makes people feel looked after from the first call
- Experience in a customer service, scheduling, admin, or sales support role
- Comfortable using CRM and job management software (trades/construction experience a bonus)
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle a busy workload without dropping the ball
- Someone who genuinely buys into team culture — always improving, always showing up for the people around you

Hours

- 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday, Full time, 40 hrs/week
- This is a fully office-based role.
