At Clever Choice, our Sales Managers play a key role in driving business growth, building strong customer relationships, and delivering outstanding service across our flooring solutions. Working with customers, builders, renovators, and commercial clients, you will help promote our range of quality flooring products while contributing to the continued success of our nationally recognized flooring business.

This role is primarily based in South Australia; however, strong candidates based in Melbourne will also be considered.

This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys developing new opportunities, leading customer engagement, and achieving results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth across assigned markets.
- Provide product recommendations and flooring solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Manage the sales pipeline and follow up on leads and enquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from consultation through to project completion.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reporting.
- Represent Clever Choice with professionalism and a customer-first approach.

About You





- Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to build long-term relationships and identify customer needs.
- Well organised with strong time management and problem‑solving abilities.
- Self‑motivated and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience within flooring, building materials, home improvement, or related industries is advantageous but not essential.
