We are currently seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join a major Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project in Regional NSW.This is an excellent opportunity for an HSE professional looking to secure a high-paying project role, working a 2:1 roster and approximately 77 hours per week, providing significant earning potential.

The Role

n

Working closely with the site and project teams, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining a solid safety culture throughout the construction phase of the project.

n

Key responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Provide day-to-day HSE support across site construction activities
n
- Conduct site inspections, audits and safety observations
n
- Facilitate toolbox talks, pre-starts and safety meetings
n
- Review SWMS, risk assessments and other HSE documentation
n
- Support incident investigations and corrective actions
n
- Ensure compliance with project, client and legislative HSE requirements
n
- Maintain HSE reporting,



registers and project documentation
n
- Work closely with supervisors, subcontractors and project management to drive positive safety outcomes
n

About You:

n

n
- Previous experience as an HSE Advisor within construction
n
- Solar, BESS, renewables or electrical infrastructure experience highly regarded
n
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Work Health & Safety
n
- Strong understanding of construction WHS requirements
n
- Experience working with subcontractors and site-based construction teams
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Ability to work a 2:1 roster in Regional NSW
n
- Availability to commence immediately or at short notice
n
