YOMG is looking for reliable and energetic Back of House Team Members who take pride in preparing great food and working as part of a busy kitchen team.

You will prepare, cook and assemble menu items to YOMG recipes and quality standards. You will help keep stations stocked, organised and clean while maintaining accuracy, pace and food safety throughout service. No commercial kitchen experience is essential—we will provide training across the stations required for your role.

What You Will Do

- Prepare, cook and assemble menu items to recipe, portion and presentation standards.
- Read orders accurately and communicate clearly with the kitchen and front of house teams.
- Maintain product quality, temperatures, holding times and freshness.
- Restock stations and complete preparation tasks for service.
- Follow food safety, allergen,



hygiene and workplace safety procedures.
- Clean and sanitise equipment, utensils, benches, floors and storage areas.
- Rotate stock correctly and record waste as required.
