We are seeking reliable and experienced Spray Seal Operators / Crew Members. If you have hands‐on experience with bituminous surface treatments and love working outdoors in a fast‐paced team, we want to hear from you.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
n
n
- Operating and assisting with bitumen spray trucks, aggregate spreaders, and rollers
n
- Laying, spreading, and raking aggregate materials across road construction sites
n
- Surface preparation, hand-spraying, and site cleanup
n
- Performing daily pre-start safety checks and routine maintenance on machinery and equipment
n
- Adhering to site safety standards, traffic management plans, and environmental guidelines
n
n
Requirements:
n
n
- Proven experience in road spray sealing or asphalt operations
n
- Valid Drivers Licence (MR, HR or HC Class preferred)
n
- White card
n
- Silica
n
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to work versatile outdoor hours
n
- 40+ hours per week with regular overtime opportunities
n
- Competitive hourly rates $40-$45 PH + penalties and travel allowances
n
- Immediate start available for the right candidate
