We are looking for a Senior Consultant – MYOB Acumatica to join our Delivery team.

n

This is a senior, hands-on role accountable for leading client engagements end-to-end, ensuring strong delivery outcomes, and supporting continuity into post-go-live support and customer success.

n

Experience in AU taxation, company setup and payroll is highly desirable.

n

About the Role

n

As a Senior Consultant, you will lead the successful delivery of MYOB Acumatica ERP engagements from design through to go-live and beyond. This includes ongoing support and customer success.

n

You will take ownership of solution design, configuration, and delivery quality, while also contributing to continuous improvement across the practice.

n

We would prefer Adelaide based but will consider applicants across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities

Engagement Leadership

n

- Lead workshops, requirements gathering, and solution design activities
n
- Manage solution workstreams across multiple engagements, ensuring delivery aligns to scope, timeline, and quality expectations
n
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients throughout delivery
n

Solution Design & Delivery

n

n




- Design and configure MYOB Acumatica solutions to deliver key business outcomes and process improvements for clients
n
- Ensure high-quality testing, validation, and readiness prior to client review or go-live
n
- Oversee customer training, knowledge transfer, and adoption activities
n

n

Team & Delivery Discipline

n

n
- Provide oversight and guidance across engagements to ensure consistent delivery quality and standards
n
- Uphold Solutions+ delivery standards and methodology
n
- Contribute to resolving complex customer scenarios where required
n

n

Customer Success & Continuity

n

n
- Ensure a seamless transition from project delivery to support
n
- Support post-go-live activities and ongoing customer success in collaboration with the Support team
n

What You'll Bring

n

- 3+ years' experience implementing MYOB Acumatica
n
- Strong functional experience across finance, with exposure to supply chain, distribution, or manufacturing
n
- Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills
n
- Strong workshop facilitation, requirements gathering, and solution design capability
n
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and testing standards
n
- Commercial awareness and ability to balance quality, time, and scope
n
- Valid Australian work rights or visa are required to be eligible for this position
