Silentium Defence is seeking a Senior Technician to lead hands-on electronics work and provide day-to-day technical guidance within the hardware team. You’ll assemble, test, diagnose faults and prepare equipment for trials, while supporting project priorities and field activities.
You’ll mentor junior technicians, maintain documentation and work with ERP / configuration management systems to ensure quality and traceability in a high-assurance workplace such as defence or aerospace.
