About the role The Medical Officer is a key member of Nucleus Network’s Medical Operations team,



responsible for ensuring the safety and wellbeing of clinical trial participants while providing medical oversight and contributing to the successful delivery of Phase 1 clinical trials.

In this role, you will conduct medical assessments, monitor participant safety, provide clinical care, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support the development of innovative new therapies.

Working alongside experienced multidisciplinary teams, you will gain exposure to all aspects of early-phase clinical research while playing a key role in participant safety, medical oversight and the development of new therapies. Build a long-term career with opportunities to progress into Principal Investigator, Medical or Operational Leadership.

You’ll be supported through ongoing learning and development, mentoring, and the potential to pursue certifications to further enhance your expertise.

Key responsibilities Leading the informed consent process and conducting medical assessments to determine participant suitability for clinical trials.

Monitoring the health and wellbeing of trial participants throughout study participation. Providing medical care and clinical oversight to healthy volunteers and patients involved in Phase 1 studies.

Reviewing, interpreting and signing off diagnostic test results and other clinical data.
