The Lodge Wadjemup is seeking an experienced Head Sous Chef to take ownership of daily kitchen operations and lead the brigade. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef to drive exceptional food, high standards and a positive team culture in one of WA’s most unique hospitality destinations.
In this full‑time role you’ll mentor chefs, manage service, oversee ordering and costs, ensure food safety, and step in when the Head Chef is absent, delivering consistent quality during busy service periods.
