Our Government client is looking for a Change Analyst to support a major technology transformation program within a complex, purpose-driven organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the planning and delivery of change activities across multiple program streams.
- Conduct change impact assessments and identify stakeholder readiness, risks and challenges.
- Develop explicit communications, engagement materials and supporting change artefacts.
- Create training materials and resources to support the adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Coordinate workshops, meetings and stakeholder engagement activities across the organisation.

Key Skills and Experience

- 3+ years experience working as a Change Analyst
- Practical knowledge of change management methodologies, ideally Prosci or ADKAR.
- Strong written communication skills and experience developing content for diverse audiences.
- Proven stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills across multiple organisational levels.
- Relevant qualifications or certification in change management, human resources or a related discipline.
