Job Description

Located in Wagga Wagga, Enirgi Power Storage Recycling (EPSR) operates a battery recycling facility recycling lead acid batteries.

Production roles are available working in the furnace/refinery section. The positions involve the operation of mobile and fixed plant as well as manual labour.

n

The shifts work on an 8 day roster . Each shift is 12 hours-2 dayshifts, 2 nightshifts then 4 days off. Shift roles also receive 5 weeks per year annual leave.

Qualities required to be successful in this position are

n

n
- Current forklift licence or ability to obtain a licence
n
- Forklift licence must be obtained within two month's of employment
n
- Decent level of fitness as the position involves manual work
n
- Good level of hazard awareness
n
- Reliability
n
- Positive hygiene practices and clean shaven
n
- Ability to work in hot environments
n
- Able to work independently and as a team to achieve targets
n
- Must have current work rights in Australia at time of application
n

While not essential the following would be of benefit

n

n
- 1-2 year's experience as a production operator
n
- Experience in operating mobile plant; loader, skid steer, excavator, overhead crane.
n
- Experience working with chemicals
n
- Experience working in hot environments
n
- Experience using respirators
n
- Preference given to applicants living within 30mins of Wagga/Bomen
n
- Basic operation of computers-email and data entry
n

Starting annual wage $92,260.13 with OT available.
