About the role

n

MSS Security is seeking casual Security Officers to join our team at a refinery in the Geelong area. This role is ideal for those who are committed to safety, security and providing exceptional service.

n

Duties include but are not limited to

n

n
- Remain alert and observe surroundings to identify and report potential risks or suspicious behaviours.
n
- Monitor CCTV footage, access control and radio communication systems.
n
- Write incident reports and record occurrences where required.
n
- Conduct foot and vehicle patrols.
n
- Provide exceptional customer service.
n

n

Ideal candidates will have

n

n
- Previous experience working in security, particularly in high-surveillance or industrial environments.
n




- Excellent communications skills - written and verbal.
n
- Competent computer skills required.
n
- Willing to participate in an in office shadow shift and complete a medical clearance.
n

Requirements

n

n
- Full Australian Working Rights.
n
- Victorian Security Licence (control room activity advantageous).
n
- Certificate II in Security Operations (or higher).
n
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
n
- Valid Victorian Drivers Licence.
n
- Current MSIC or willing to obtain.
n
- Availability to work a rotating 24/7 roster.
n
- Master License Number: 409-987-30S
