The Role

n

- Actively oversee the day-to-day operations of the service
n
- Ensure service is compliant with all service, state and NQS policies and legislations
n
- Create a fun, collaborative and stimulating environment for team members
n
- Creating and maintaining effective communication and partnerships with the families
n
- Mentoring team members to meet the standards and quality practices
n
- Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for all children, team and community
n

Role Requirements

n

n
- Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved qualification)
n
- Prior experience as a director is essential
n
- Extensive knowledge of the EYLF and NQS frameworks
n
- Effective communication skills in order to collaborate with the team, families and community
n




- Thorough knowledge of early childhood policies and practices
n
