Working within EFNLHN's Consumer Directed Care model, you'll deliver support shaped by each client's own goals and preferences — because here, the consumer leads the care.

Key responsibilities

- Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and mobility in a respectful and dignified manner.

- Perform household tasks including cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and minor gardening.

- Provide reliable transport to appointments and community outings.

- Support social engagement and activities that contribute to each client's wellbeing.
