Network Controller Role

Kinetic is seeking a proactive Network Controller to support live transport operations. In this role, you'll coordinate driver and vehicle movements, respond to incidents, and help maintain reliable services.

n

We welcome candidates from a range of backgrounds—whether you have direct experience in transport operations or bring transferable skills from fast-paced environments such as logistics, emergency services, customer service, or operations coordination.

If you can stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and make sound decisions in real time, you'll play a key role in delivering safe and efficient services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and manage live transport network KPIs, ensuring on-time and reliable service.
n
- Provide real-time support to drivers during incidents and emergencies.
n
- Collaborate with depots to adjust operations in response to disruptions.
n
- Record and elevate incidents and maintain accurate system documentation.
n
- Communicate with stakeholders,



including emergency services and authorities, when required.
n
- Current Roster is a 4-on/4-off pattern, which will include rotation through some weekends.
n

What We're Looking For:

n

n
- Ability to work Night Shift. This is a 4 on and 4 off roster for overnights.
n
- Experience in monitoring transport networks with solid attention to detail is preferred but not essential.
n
- Proficiency in computer systems and communication tools.
n
- MR or equivalent drivers licence preferred or willing to obtain.
n
- Excellent problem-solving, teamwork, and decision-making skills.
n
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to dynamic environments.
