Key responsibilities

- Assisting customers with product information, availability and enquiries
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Preparing quotes, processing orders and coordinating deliveries
- Providing accurate product, pricing and lead-time information
- Liaising with warehouses, sales representatives and delivery teams
- Keeping customers informed throughout the process
- Resolving customer queries and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintaining accurate customer and order records
- Building strong,
