The Opportunity

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Diploma Qualified Educator to help create a warm, inspiring, and play-based learning environment. You will work closely with the Educators, Educational Leader,



and management team to provide high-quality care and education and support children’s development in a safe and nurturing setting.

Your Responsibilities

Assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating play-based learning experiences

Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development

Observe and document children’s learning in line with theEYLF and NQS

Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment

Support children’s independence, confidence, and sense of belonging

Follow all policies and procedures in line with National Regulations and Child Safe Standards

Contribute to a positive team culture and professional environment

About You

You are a caring, reliable, and experienced educator who is passionate about working with children and being part of a supportive team.

You will bring:

Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

Experience working in a long day care or early childhood setting

Strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and Child Safe Standards

Knowledge of the Education and Care Services National Law & Regulations

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management training

Current Working with Children Check

Current Police Check (or willing to obtain)
