About the Role

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a growing part of our business — with the autonomy to build it, uncapped commission to reward your success, and products and services that genuinely make a difference to people's lives.

We're looking for a proven business developer who loves to win and wants more than simply inherit an established territory.

You'll own the full sales cycle for equipment rental and service agreements across VIC, NSW and QLD — identifying new opportunities, converting existing equipment customers onto agreements and securing long-term renewals.

You'll have the freedom to build your pipeline and develop your market, backed by our Service and Operations teams who will help ensure the promises you make to customers are delivered.

What You'll Do

Win recent rental and service agreement business and consistently achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets

Build a strong pipeline of new opportunities across healthcare, aged care, disability and related sectors

Convert transactional and capital-equipment customers onto rental and service agreements by demonstrating whole-of-life value

Build and manage a qualified CRM pipeline with accurate, current forecasting

Prepare and present value-based proposals to clinical, procurement and facilities decision-makers





Secure renewals and protect customer retention by proactively engaging customers ahead of agreement expiry

Partner closely with Service and Operations to ensure every agreement is commercially sound, deliverable and delivered

Travel regionally and interstate as required to meet customers and develop new opportunities

What You'll Bring

Demonstrated success in B2B business development, ideally involving recurring-revenue or contract-based sales such as rental, leasing, service agreements or managed services

A genuine new-business mindset — you're comfortable opening doors, creating opportunities and turning conversations into commercial outcomes

Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills, with the commercial acumen to sell and defend value rather than compete solely on price

Discipline around pipeline management, forecasting and follow-up

Experience selling into aged care, hospitals, disability/NDIS or allied health will be highly regarded

Current Drivers Licence
