What You'll Be Doing

As a Registered Nurse, you will use your clinical knowledge, communication skills and professional judgement to support excellent patient outcomes and contribute to safe healthcare delivery.

- Provide high-quality, person-centered nursing care that meets patient needs
- Respond to changing clinical priorities and delegate care appropriately
- Communicate with patients,



families and healthcare teams to advocate for patient needs
- Support the supervision and mentoring of staff and students
- Manage resources effectively while working within professional and ethical standards

Essential Criteria

- Current Registration as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Selection Criteria

- Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work.
- Demonstrated effective communication skills written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and efficiently within an autonomous role, and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Demonstrated experience in promoting infection prevention and control policies and procedures within an acute care setting
