Experienced and reliable carpenter/maintenance person required for general maintenance and repairs across various CBD locations. Approximately 3 days per week or as required, with flexible hours and ongoing work available.

Reliable, practical and able to work independently
Own tools
ABN preferred
Adherence to maintenance, safety and security procedures
Prompt, courteous and qualified service when dealing with high-end tenants
High standard of workmanship and attention to detail
