Key Responsibilities

- Leadthedailybreakfastpreparationandserviceoperation
- WorkcloselywiththeHeadCheftoestablishefficientkitchensystems
- Superviseandguideateamofuptofivebreakfastchefs
- Trainandmentorjuniorkitchenteammembers
- Contributeideastobreakfastmenus,seasonaldishesanddailyspecials




- Maintainhighstandardsoffoodquality,consistencyandpresentation
- Coordinatepreparationandensurethekitchenisfullyservice-ready
- Monitorstocklevels,ordering,rotationandwastage
- Maintainstrictfoodsafety,hygieneandkitchencleanlinessstandards
- Ensuresmoothcommunicationandworkflowthroughoutbreakfastservice
- Assistwithwiderkitchenoperationswhenrequired
- Helpcreateapositive,professionalandteam-focusedkitchenenvironment
- Contributetocontinuousimprovementacrosskitchenproceduresandservice

Requirements & Eligibility

- Minimum2–5years'experienceinaSousCheforsimilarseniorkitchenrole
- Strongexperienceworkinginbreakfastorbrunch-focusedkitchens
- ExperiencewithmodernAustralianbreakfastcuisineishighlydesirable
- Provenabilitytosuperviseanddevelopjuniorchefs
- Confidentleadershipskillswiththeabilitytoleadbyexample
- Strongunderstandingoffoodpreparation,presentationandqualitystandards
- Knowledgeofstockcontrol,ordering,foodsafetyandkitchenprocedures
- Abilitytoremainorganisedandcomposedduringbusyserviceperiods
- Strongcommunicationandteamworkskills
- Highlevelofattentiontodetailandconsistency
- Abilitytocommenceearlymorningshifts
- Professionalattitudeandcommitmenttomaintaininghighkitchenstandards
