Maintenance Shift Electrician $49 – $57/hr + Penalties + Overtime + Career Development

n Are you an A-Grade Electrician looking for a hands-on maintenance role where no two shifts are the same?

We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join a high-performing site operating within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This is an opportunity to work across a broad range of automated processing equipment, gaining exposure to all aspects of plant operations while developing your technical capabilities.
n What's on Offer?

- $49hr, $53hr $57hr per hour depending on experience and classification level
n
- Level 1, 2 or 3 rates available
n
- Sunday Double Time Overtime
n
- 6-day fortnight roster
n
- 12.6-hour shifts
n
- Afternoon / night shift operation with current start times between 11:00am and 12:00pm
n
- Full PPE provided
n
- Q Fever vaccination provided
n
- Stable, long-term employment with a well-established Australian food manufacturer
n
- Exposure to a wide variety of equipment, systems and production processes
n

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Preventative and breakdown maintenance across production and processing equipment
n
- Fault finding on electrical, control and automated systems




n
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
n
- Maintaining site safety and compliance standards
n
- Working collaboratively with production and maintenance teams to minimise downtime
n
- Assisting with plant upgrades and project work as required
n

About You

n

n
- Current A-Grade Electrical Licence
n
- Experience in manufacturing, food processing, FMCG, meat processing or heavy industrial environments highly regarded
n
- Strong electrical fault‐finding and troubleshooting skills
n
- Ability to work in both hot and cold operating environments
n
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
n
- Self‐motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team
n
