Aruma in Brisbane is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for Children’s Services. You’ll help create a protected, nurturing home for young people aged 5–18, supporting school, appointments and daily life. You’ll build trust, promote resilience and empower young people to reach their goals.

We value a Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (Residential Care), first aid, WWCC, and a driver’s licence. This role requires flexibility across a 24/7 roster and a supportive team environment.
