This is a rare opportunity to step into a broad corporate accounting role that combines financial reporting, technical accounting, leadership and business partnering within a large, complex international environment.

Working closely with senior leadership, you'll take ownership of corporate accounting activities across multiple entities and jurisdictions, ensuring robust governance, compliance and financial integrity while leading and mentoring a small accounting team.

n

This is a highly visible role suited to an experienced corporate accountant looking to broaden their impact beyond pure reporting. You'll play a key role in supporting financial performance, enhancing controls and partnering with stakeholders across the business.

Key responsibilities:

n

- Partnering with senior finance and operational stakeholders to provide commercial and financial insights
n
- Overseeing monthly financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliations and financial governance
n
- Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts, reports and external reporting
n
- Providing technical accounting advice and preparing accounting position papers and memorandums
n
- Overseeing taxation compliance obligations across multiple jurisdictions
n
- Supporting process improvement initiatives, strengthening internal controls and contributing to business performance outcomes
n

We"re seeking a technically capable finance professional who can balance attention to detail with strong stakeholder engagement skills.

You will ideally have:

n

n
- CA or CPA qualifications (or nearing completion)
n
- Solid technical accounting and financial reporting experience
n
- Solid understanding of IFRS, with exposure to US GAAP viewed favourably
n
- Strong statutory reporting, compliance and audit management experience
n
- Tax exposure across corporate environments
n
- Experience preparing technical accounting papers and interpreting accounting standards
n
- Advanced stakeholder management and communication skills
n
- Previous experience leading, mentoring or developing finance team members (ideal)
n
- Exposure to ERP systems such as Oracle or similar
n
