What's the role?

As a Staging and Configuration Consultant (SCC), you'll step into an exciting role preparing, configuring, and deploying ICT devices for our clients. Think smartphones, tablets, laptops, routers, and IoT devices—a mix of tech that makes modern organisations tick!





Don't worry about product knowledge—we'll train you on the devices, systems, and processes you'll manage. What matters is your ability to deliver precision, maintain organisation, and solve problems with confidence.

Drawing on your retail or hospitality experience, you'll bring exceptional customer focus, reliability, and the ability to manage competing priorities like a pro. You've already got what it takes—now it's time to channel those skills into something new.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Here's a taste of what your day might look like:

- Prepare and configure devices based on client profiles (no shortcuts—this is precision work).
- Install accessories like screen protectors and durable cases (protect that tech!).
- Test and quality assure devices before deployment—no lemons on our watch.
- Organise deployments and retrievals with our logistics partner (hint: logistics are key).
- Troubleshoot and arrange repairs for damaged or defective devices.
- Maintain spot-on inventory stock levels (accuracy is the name of the game).
- Solve operational and administrative puzzles—every day brings new challenges.
- Visit customer sites as needed to assist with deployments—yes, you'll be out in the field sometimes.
