Are you a Senior Process Analyst who can hit the ground running, work independently and bring structure to complex and evolving environments?

n

This is an opportunity to join a specialist Classified Environments program where you will take ownership of process analysis, documentation and improvement across a critical technology environment.

n

The team has a significant gap around process definition and documentation and is looking for a strong Process Analyst who can independently assess how processes currently operate, identify gaps and develop practical, sustainable processes and documentation.

n

You'll work closely with business, technology and ServiceNow stakeholders, with the autonomy to get on with the work and drive outcomes without needing significant day-to-day direction.

n

An active NV1 Security Clearance is essential for this position. ServiceNow experience is also essential.

About the Role

n

n
- Lead process analysis and documentation across a complex technology setting;
n
- Review existing processes, identify gaps and develop improvement opportunities;
n
- Develop current-state and future-state process maps and documentation;
n
- Work independently to establish structure within an evolving environment;
n
- Engage stakeholders to understand workflows, systems, roles and dependencies; and
n




- Support process improvement and ServiceNow-related activities.

About You

n

n
- Active NV1 Security Clearance is mandatory;
n
- Strong experience as a Senior Process Analyst;
n
- Strong ServiceNow experience or understanding is essential;
n
- Proven process mapping, documentation and improvement capability;
n
- Highly autonomous with the ability to take ownership and drive outcomes; and
n
- Telco, utilities or logistics experience highly desirable; Defence/Government advantageous.
