About the role

Work closely with the Director of Business Operations and the Director of Community Relations & Development, providing trusted executive support across a diverse portfolio that helps shape the life of the school.

This full-time, continuing role offers genuine breadth across executive support, governance and committee administration, project coordination, stakeholder engagement and operational administration. You will play a key role in supporting areas including finance, human resources, compliance, capital programs, enrolments, fundraising, philanthropy and community engagement.

This opportunity is ideally suited to a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant who enjoys building strong relationships, coordinating complex activities and contributing to the smooth operation of a thriving school community.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide confidential executive support including diary management, correspondence, meeting coordination and workflow management for two Directors.
- Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, briefing papers and meeting documentation.
- Coordinate governance and committee administration, including meeting schedules, papers, minutes and action tracking.
- Support projects, events, interviews, workshops and other activities across the Business Operations and Community Relations & Development portfolios.
- Build positive relationships with staff, parents, alumni, donors, suppliers, contractors and external stakeholders.

Role Requirements

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

- Demonstrated experience providing executive or senior administrative support.
- Strong organisational, communication and relationship-building skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to manage competing priorities, exercise sound judgement and maintain confidentiality.
- Confidence using Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel. Experience using Copilot will be highly regarded.




- Current Queensland Working with Children Clearance (or ability to obtain one).
- Approval to work in Australia.
