The Dermatology Institute of Victoria is a leader in skin treatment technology, providing patients with a high standard of care across medical and cosmetic dermatology.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Casual Medical Receptionist to join our busy clinic in South Yarra. This position will support the clinic while a team member undertakes an interim management role and will also provide additional coverage during periods of staff and doctor leave.

The shifts most commonly required will be:

- Monday: 7:30 am–4:30 pm
- Tuesday: 8:30 am–4:30 pm
- Thursday: 8:30 am–4:30 pm

Applicants will also need some flexibility to work other shifts as required to cover leave and operational needs.

Reporting to the Practice Coordinator, you will work as part of a friendly and supportive team. Your responsibilities will include:





- Welcoming and assisting patients
- Answering telephone and general enquiries
- Liaising with doctors and other clinical staff
- Processing medical accounts and invoicing
- Completing general reception and administrative duties

- Is organised, confident and able to prioritise and multitask
- Works effectively as part of a busy team
- Is reliable and adaptable in their availability

Full training will be provided. Previous medical reception experience, particularly using Genie, or a background in beauty therapy would be advantageous.
