Are you passionate about helping people through some of life's most important and challenging moments?Queensland Public Trustee (QPT) is seeking a Public Trust Officer to join our Customer Experience and Delivery team. In this rewarding role, you will support Queenslanders by providing trusted guidance, information and services across financial administration.
At the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service, your role involves responding promptly to inquiries, and exercising judgment in decision-making. Your financial aptitude will be crucial in managing customer matters, ensuring accuracy, and preparing documentation. A key aspect of the role is supporting vulnerable individuals with empathy and maintaining a balance between urgency and quality.
This is a temporary full-time opportunity available within the Financial Administration team for up to 12 months, based in Redcliffe, where you can build a rewarding career while making a genuine difference in your community.
