Air Diffusion Australia is seeking a sales-focused Account Manager to drive and expand our Sydney customer base. The successful candidate will have a passion for building customer relationships and growing market share.

Responsibilities

n

Drive sales growth, profitability and market share in the New South Wales region

n

Build, strengthen and expand relationships with existing trade customers while actively identifying and securing new business opportunities

n

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets and customer segments

n





Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities

n

Prepare and present business proposals, presentations and growth plans

n

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients

n

Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions

n

Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts and strategic partners

n

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

n

Negotiate contracts, pricing and commercial agreements

n

Qualifications and Experience

n

Knowledge of HVAC products and the HVAC industry

n

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in written and oral forms to all parties, including customers and supplies

n

Skills to establish a clear action plan for achieving targets

n

Ability to generate recent ideas that add value to the business

n

Be self-driven to succeed with enthusiasm and determination

n

A current driver's license.

n

Salary will be negotiable depending on experience.
