Redcape Hospitality is looking for an experienced Bar Manager to join The Prince Consort, one of our flagship entertainment venues in Fortitude Valley.

n

Multiple bars, major events and busy late nights need a leader who's delivered at scale. You'll take ownership of bar performance and build a team you're proud to lead.

This is a hands‐on, service‐focused leadership role. You'll spend the majority of your time on the floor coaching, leading by example and supporting the team, with a strong focus on guest experience.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Lead bar teams across multiple spaces during busy service and major events
n
- Coach and onboard your team, including delivering Redcape's training modules
n
- Oversee beverage quality, ordering, stocktakes, beer line cleaning and product checks
n
- Support rostering and service planning while keeping costs and wastage in check
n
- Work with the beverage team to bring promotions and events to life
n
- Keep service, presentation,



responsible service and safety standards high

What we're looking for

n

n
- Proven experience leading a large, high-volume bar operation
n
- Confidence coordinating teams across multiple bars and busy late-night trade
n
- Strong beer, wine, spirits and cocktail knowledge
n
- A track record of managing beverage costs, stock and staffing effectively
n
- A confident leader who brings out the best in people and builds a team others want to join
n
- Availability across days, late nights, weekends and public holidays
n

Qualifications: Current RMLV certification and Queensland Approved Manager's licence, or willingness to obtain both before starting.
