Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the company's marketing strategy across several established brands. As the second-in-charge (2IC) within the marketing team, you'll take ownership of campaign planning, content creation, digital communications, brand management, and day-to-day coordination of marketing activities.

You'll have the autonomy to identify opportunities, drive initiatives forward, and help keep the broader marketing function operating effectively. This role will suit someone who enjoys being a genuine marketing generalist, combining campaign strategy, content creation, social media, email marketing, digital communications, creative production, and project coordination.

Key responsibilities

Own and coordinate the annual marketing campaign calendar, developing campaign concepts, messaging, and content plans that support business growth objectives.

Create and deliver high-quality marketing content across digital and traditional channels, including website content, social media, email campaigns, marketing collateral, photography, and video.

Lead the execution of social media, email, and SMS marketing campaigns, building engagement, nurturing customer relationships, and growing audience reach.

Manage and optimise website content and digital assets, ensuring brand consistency, strong user experience, and alignment with campaign objectives.

Act as 2IC to the Marketing Manager, coordinating marketing activity, tracking deliverables, and supporting the successful execution of team priorities.

Develop creative assets and campaign materials that support paid advertising, product launches, partnerships, events, and broader business initiatives.

Analyse marketing performance, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness,



using insights to continuously improve content and marketing outcomes.

About you

3+ years' experience in a marketing, marketing coordinator, or marketing leadership role

Demonstrated success coordinating and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns

Strong copywriting and content creation skills across a variety of platforms

Experience managing social media channels, content calendars, and community engagement

Experience with email marketing platforms

Experience updating and managing website content, ideally within Shopify

Strong creative capabilities including graphic design, photography, and video content creation

Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign and/or Premiere Pro

Excellent organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

A current driver's licence
