As a Registered Nurse within Cardiac Services, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based and patient-centred care to patients within a specialist clinical environment.

Key responsibilities

- You will establish therapeutic relationships with patients and their families, supporting positive outcomes throughout their care journey.
n
- Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to the assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of patient care while developing your clinical knowledge and skills in cardiac nursing.

- Provide protected, high-quality and patient-centred nursing care within Cardiac Services.
n
- Assess patient needs and contribute to the development, delivery and evaluation of individualised care plans.

What you need

n

- Registered Nurse with minimum of 12 months acute nursing experience at the commencement of program.
n
- Motivated and committed to building knowledge and clinical confidence.
n
- Effective communication, willingness to embrace feedback and work collaboratively to deliver safe, high-quality patient care.
