As we continue our national growth journey, we are seeking an experienced Regional Manager – South Australia to lead service delivery, operational performance and team capability across the SA market.

About the Role

The Regional Manager – South Australia will be responsible for the operational performance, service quality and growth of the SA region.

You will be a visible and engaged leader, supporting our operational teams, ensuring exceptional participant outcomes, and building solid relationships with participants, families, support workers and key stakeholders.

This role will suit an experienced Regional Manager, Area Manager or Operations Manager who enjoys being hands-on across all aspects of service delivery while also contributing to broader organisational strategy as part of a national leadership team.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading the day-to-day operations and service delivery across South Australia
- Ensuring participants receive high-quality, person-centred supports aligned with their goals and needs
- Supporting and developing frontline leaders, coordinators and operational teams
- Driving workforce performance, engagement, retention and capability
- Building strong relationships with participants, families, advocates and community stakeholders
- Monitoring operational performance, quality outcomes, compliance and service standards




- Using data and insights to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
- Supporting workforce planning, resource allocation and regional growth initiatives
- Implementing operational improvements, systems and processes to support scalability
- Partnering with national teams across People & Culture, Quality, Finance and Operations to achieve business objectives

About You

We are looking for an experienced NDIS sector professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional services and has the capability to lead teams in a complex, people-focused environment.

You will bring:

- Proven experience in a Regional Manager, Area Manager, Operations Manager or similar senior operational leadership role
- Strong experience managing frontline service delivery and geographically dispersed teams
- Experience within NDIS, disability, healthcare, aged care, community services or another customer-focused sector
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of operational compliance, quality standards and service excellence
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- The ability to balance strategic oversight with hands‑on operational involvement
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to drive continuous improvement
- Commercial awareness and experience managing budgets, resources and performance outcomes
