We areseekinga detail-oriented and proactiveParalegalto join our Melbourne team. In this hands-on role, you will provide vital support to our legal team through document drafting, casepreparationandfile management.

While prior experience in a legal environment is an advantage, it is not essential asweare committed to providingcomprehensiveon-the-job trainingforthe right person whodemonstratesa willingness to learn and a "can-do" attitude.

This is an ongoing full-time role with potential flexibility for part-time hours (minimum 3 days per week).

Key Duties

As a valued member of our legal team, you will be deeply involved in the lifecycle of our matters, providing essential support that ensures the delivery of high-quality outcomes for our clients.

Documentdrafting:Preparationofgeneral correspondence, letters of advice, briefs,evidenceand court documents.

Case management:Assisting our solicitors with the preparation of cases frominceptionthrough to hearing or settlement.

Legal research:Conductinglegal researchand preparation ofcase summariesandarticles.

File managementand support:Providing legal and administrativeassistanceasrequired.
