About the opportunity

n

This role will support our Hurstville Hearing Centre as well as Chinese community events across greater metropolitan Sydney.

n

As a Community Hearing Advisor, you will work alongside the local Hearing Centre and Sales teams. You'll enjoy a variety of activities including attracting recent clients to Hearing Australia through running successful events, leveraging national campaigns, conducting outbound call campaigns, and building strong relationships with stakeholders & referrers such as GP practices, retail pharmacies, retirement villages and community groups.

Community Hearing Advisors organise and lead promotional opportunities that include conductinghearing checks at screening events and proactively managing key stakeholders / referrers within their territory.

About you

n

We believe to be successful in this role you will:

n

- Be fluent in both English and Mandarin, Cantonese would also be desirable
n
- Hold a current driver licence and own a reliable vehicle
n
- Have a sales and marketing background in the healthcare industry (highly desirable but not essential)
n
- Be a Team Player as you will be working with many different teams throughout Hearing Australia
n
- Possess strong organisational and computer skills, and the ability to multitask
n
- Experience with planning events to exceed targets
n
- Demonstrate excellent people skills, a passion for exceptional customer service and the ability to develop and maintain mutually rewarding relationships with our clients and stakeholders
