A full-time permanent position has opened with this Australian owned and operated managed services group in office in Melbourne's south-east suburbs. You will join a close-knit small team providing a range of technical services to a broad range of customers.

Tasks & responsibilities include:

- Provide technical support to clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Support end-users via phone, email, and remote support tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Monitor and manage client environments and perform daily checks & tasks.
- Assist with Projects, cloud migrations, new hardware and software installations.
- Have a deep understanding of MSP tools, remote monitoring, and management platforms.

Ideally you are a Systems/IT Support Engineer with the following experience:

- Knowledgeable of Windows Server,



Active Directory, M365, Exchange and Exchange online.
- Intune device management and creation of policies + apps
- Managing Enterprise applications in Entra ID
- Experience with backup solutions and disaster recovery
- Experience with WinTel Environments
- Experience with Virtualisation & Hosted Environments
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency is essential.
