The GEO Group Australia is seeking a Senior Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) Specialist at Ravenhall Correctional Centre. This senior role focuses on health and wellbeing of people in custody, leading AOD specialists and wellbeing facilitators, and delivering evidence-based interventions to support recovery and continuity of care.

You will supervise staff, collaborate with healthcare partners, and drive program outcomes to reduce harms and re-offending, while contributing to strategic rehabilitation
