Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 3 Community Health Care Assistant to visit patients in their own homes, providing clinical care including wound care and phlebotomy.

Experience in community care is desirable; training will be provided for extended skills such as insulin administration, catheterisation and other injectables. A DBS check is required and a valid driving license is essential for travel across the Trust area.
