- Support will be guided by individual student needs, learning goals and personalised plans, with a solid emphasis on developing student capability rather than creating dependence on adult support.

What you need

- Demonstrated ability or capacity to develop and implement and differentiate quality Personalised Learning Plans and Behaviour Support Plans for students with complex needs and the capacity to develop, deliver and evaluate engaging and differentiated literacy and numeracy learning programs for all students.
